The project for the cultural axis carefully investigates the existing conditions of representative cultural institutions. Lighting scenarios are differentiated for each public building to develop its own specific character. Walking along the Stadthausstrasse at night, the cultural buildings will show their typical character as strong, solitary monuments. The blue top of the building at the end of the Stadthausstrasse extends the visual depth of the axis.

In the Stadtpark, urban live is newly staged to intensify the grown cultural space. Single events are subtle, others are dramatic changes of mood that intensify the park at different times of night or let it sleep.
